Wellnest is a privacy-first medication and fasting tracker built because no other app tracks medications and fasting together in one place, and because we manage medication resupply for elderly parents.

The problem

Many people need both medication reminders and fasting support, but most apps separate those routines. That split makes daily planning harder and increases the chance of avoidable mistakes.

Local-first by design

Wellnest is built so your health data stays on your device by default. There is no forced account and no requirement to sync private medication or fasting records to the cloud.

Product philosophy

Wellnest aims to be practical and respectful: clear reminders, conflict-aware support for fasting windows, and no unnecessary complexity. It is a reminder and support tool, not a diagnostic or treatment tool.

Transparency on website data

The app keeps health data local. The website uses Google Analytics in consent mode and stores waitlist and feedback form submissions in Cloudflare D1 to run the site and reply to messages.
